NLRB Poster

The National Labor Relations Board recently issued a Final Rule requiring employers post this 11x17 inch Notice.  This notice should be posted, as we do with other required state and federal agency posters, in a conspicuous place that is readily seen by employees.  The Final Rule makes it an independent violation of the National Labor Relations Act should an employer fail or refuse to post the Notice.
